ABOUT THE PODCAST

Brave New Art is a podcast from contemporary arts center OZ Arts Nashville, exploring the beauty, quirks, and challenges of creation with artists making an impact in our community today. Brave New Art was originally developed by 2018-2019 OZ Arts Artistic Fellow Jakob Lewis. New episodes of Brave New Art will be released throughout the OZ Arts performance season.

ABOUT JAKOB LEWIS
Jakob Lewis is the founder of Great Feeling Studios, a podcast production and consulting company that houses all of his podcast projects including his award-winning show Neighbors with Nashville Public Radio. Since 2013, Jakob has been interviewing and producing narratives for Neighbors, which won the “Best Society and Culture Podcast” at Podcast Movement 2016. Jakob graduated from the Transom Story Workshop and founded the audio collective The Heard. He was the 2018-2019 OZ Arts Artistic Fellow.
