Seema lives life through her palate. A seasoned restaurateur, Seema spent the last three decades curating the wine & cocktail lists for her restaurants and others starting in Seattle and now in Nashville at her current restaurant, Miel.

She has cultivated valuable relationships over this time in the industry with importers and winemakers from around the globe that bring a depth of understanding and influence to the curation of the collection at her new venture, Harvest Wine & Spirits Market in Belle Meade.
