Kacey Cardin, PCC, is a TEDx speaker, Certified Executive Coach, psychedelic-assisted therapy facilitator, and former opera singer. After twenty years of research and study, Kacey created the EnQ: Energetic Intelligence™ assessment and leadership program for organizations and executives who want to harness their latent power and energy. Kacey and her team have been at the forefront of exploring how psychedelics and plant medicine support leadership and organizational development, and their clients include leaders at Google, Amazon, Disney, ABC, as well as multinational media, legal, and financial organizations. Kacey’s work is where the enigmatic meets the pragmatic (or “where the woo woo meets the To Do”), and EnQ (hailed by multiple organizations as “the new EQ”) is a pioneer in transpersonal coaching and leadership enhancement. Psychedelics organically became part of Kacey’s personal well-being and coaching approach, and as her clients experienced the shifts in her, they noticed shifts within themselves, whether they had experienced a psychedelic journey firsthand or not. Kacey realized the ripple effect that Energetic Intelligence has, and she pursued a decade of continued training including somatic studies, transpersonal psychology, shamanism, trauma-informed leadership, Positive Intelligence, and embodied leadership while leading international retreats and working in ceremonial, clinical, and corporate settings. Currently, she is serving as CEO and lead coach at EnQ while also producing a play called “Ayahuasca Inside Out”, premiering in NYC in April 2025.
